Even though these adventures are designed to be quick and easy to prepare, they do assume you already know the basics of running a D&D game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The text in the Adventures is intentionally short and focused for efficiency. You\u2019ll get the essentials, along with supporting words and graphics to help you bring each moment to life in your own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All names, lore, items, monsters, and locations are suggestions. Change anything you like to better fit your world, your players, and your story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Use These Adventures<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Each ezoneshot adventure begins with a short introduction that outlines the narrative in broad strokes. Think of this as your minimum prep, enough to get you started with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decide one of the suggested staring points<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Follow the flowchart based on your players\u2019 choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
If your players go off-chart (and they probably will!), you\u2019ll find suggestions to help guide them back toward the core narrative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Starting Points & Adventure Style<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Each adventure works as a stand-alone (one-shot) but they all have a suggested starting location, such as \u201cOn the Road\u201d<\/em>, \u201cIn the Desert\u201d<\/em>, or similar drop-in scenarios that make it easy to slot into an ongoing campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019ll also see a 1\u20135 rating in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combat<\/strong> \u2013 How combat-focused the adventure is<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Roleplaying<\/strong> \u2013 How much emphasis is placed on social interaction and character moments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Puzzles<\/strong> \u2013 How much problem-solving and critical thinking is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A rating of 1<\/strong> means little to none. A rating of 5<\/strong> means it plays a major role in the adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
